White Mountains Wellness Retreat for Women
Yoga, Rest, & Nature
September 25-27, 2026
Bethlehem, NH
Let's usher in the fall with one last summer weekend in the mountains. This retreat is designed so that we can enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains together.

We're keeping it simple so that you can create your own retreat experience, build community, make friends, feel supported, and return home rested and rejuvenated.
Arrival
Arrive Friday morning to begin your retreat. The foliage will be changing as you drive north. Enjoy the view.
Our Mornings
We'll practice yoga and meditate on the deck overlooking the mountains and then enjoy a community breakfast. The rest of the day is up to you. You can go for a walk on the beautiful road our house sits on, read, create art, knit, write, play games, ride your bike, chat with friends, nap, etc.
Optional Book Swap
Join the book swap! Bring up to 10 books you're ready to release into the universe, and head home with some new reads for the fall and winter seasons.
Optional Afternoon Hike & Early Leaf Peeping
If you're up for climbing a mountain and a little adventure, we'll venture up the road to one of my favorite hikes in New Hampshire, Bald Peak via the Kinsman Trail. This was the first hike I ever did solo years ago, and I've returned every year since. It's pure magic and feels like you've been transported to a fairyland. There's moss, running streams, waterfalls, creek crossings, granite boulders, flowers, lush greenery, and chirping birds....heaven! If you want to join this hike with me, it's about 4.6 miles round trip and rated moderate, making it a good introduction to hiking in the White Mountains. We'll begin and end together, taking our time with no rush. You will be climbing a mountain and can expect your heart to get pumping as we navigate rocky terrain and gradual inclines. Once we reach the summit, we'll take time to relax, enjoy the views, have a snack. We could even meditate and do yoga.
Jaunt to Littleton and Bethlehem
Visit Littleton (right down the road) to check out the shops, take in the sights, and grab lunch. Before heading back to the farmhouse, make a special side trip over to downtown Bethlehem to hit up Super Secret Ice Cream. This little ice cream shop is female owned and a must-visit. Their ice cream is homemade in small batches with all natural ingredients. For you foodies, they've been nominated and have won a James Beard award.
Relaxation
You may decide that you want to stay at the house and enjoy the view and relaxation. That is a perfect option, too. Remember, this is about you creating your own experience in a caring and supportive community of other women.
Later Afternoon and Evenings
We'll gather back together for a yoga practice before enjoying a community potluck meal. Everyone will need to bring 1 dish so that we have dinner for Friday and Saturday nights. I will provide dessert. After dinner, we can decide together what we want to do. We can relax, play games, have a dance party, or wind down with yoga nidra.
Our Home
We'll be staying at the breathtaking Dina Lodge, a 1800s farmhouse with a history of women caring for the home and the land. The house has been beautifully restored specifically for retreats. I had the honor of bearing witness to her transformation and I can attest that this place helps you feel safe, welcomed, and at home.
So, what do you say? Will you spend the weekend with me and other women? I hope so! If you have questions, please feel to reach out via email.
May you be at ease,
Dawn
